The girls took on Chapel Hill on Friday and played as a team despite a million reasons not to. Each player deserves recognition for keeping her cool, playing a clean game and never giving up. Rachel scored 5 goals (bringing her season total to 20!), Danielle scored 2, and Katelyn and Tori rounded us up to 9 with one goal a piece. Maddy played a great game in net despite the almost non-stop presence of one player who scored 12 of their 14 goals.
I'm proud of my team and look forward to playing Chapel Hill again next Friday (May 6) at Iron Rail.
